The ART The FIT500 ™ Fuel Island TerminalYour customers will enjoy the ease of use and modern aesthetics of Petro Vend’s newest line of Fuel Island Terminals. The FIT500 ™ sports an impressive 10.4" TFT active matrix color display. It’s so vivid, your full-color graphics will leap off the screen. Personalize your site by using your PC to create and load your own customized graphic images onto a flash memory card that plugs in to the FIT500™. How Does The ART ™ System Work?Your customers are greeted at the Fuel Island Terminal with a message you program into the system. The driver inserts a mag-card, enters a code, or waves a proximity card, and keys in required PIN data (and/or any of 9 other prompts you select). When the system authenticates the user’s data, the pump is activated and the vehicle can be fueled. Network transaction data is sent to the appropriate network for processing while proprietary transaction data is recorded in the system for later retrieval. The FSC3000 ™ Fuel Site ControllerAt the heart of every ART ™ System is the FSC3000™ Fuel Site Controller. It’s kept indoors (remotely) for greater security of your stored transaction data, site data, driver data and vehicle data. The FSC3000™ also allows access to many fueling networks. Programming is done right from your PC using ARTWare™ software (see page 3 for more details).Additional features:

It can accept commercial fueling cards, truck fleet cards and major bank cards. Networks supported include: Paymentech,T-Chek, TCH, FleetOne, EFS, NBS and Comdata. The ART ™System is field-upgradeable so you can easily add network interfaces to meet any needs. Other Popular Features Registered Bankcards The registered bankcard feature permits 24-hour fueling in areas where unattended public fueling is generally restricted. Customers are allowed access to fuel anytime with a PIN the FSC3000™ assigns to their bankcard, such as Visa®, MasterCard ®, etc.; so like your proprietary card holders, you know they’ve been authorized and trained to use the system safely. If the site is attended during the day, simply turn off the PIN requirement, allowing anyone to fuel with their credit card. Multi-Trucking The multi-trucking feature allows you to accept popular trucking network cards like Comchek, T-Chek, EFS, Voyager and WEX. Any combination of networks can be accessed from the same Fuel Site Controller. Profit with a Proprietary Fueling Network Set up your own proprietary fueling network. Issuing customers your fueling cards saves you money by eliminating network fees. ARTWare ™ Configuration UtilityWith Petro Vend’s new ARTWare™ configuration software, you’ll be able to conveniently configure your entire site (or sites) from your own Windows®-compatible PC – on-line or off-line. Use ARTWare™ to maintain a global database of configuration settings that are common to multiple sites and separate site databases for unique parameters, such as site I.D. Changes to global configuration settings are saved and automatically uploaded to other sites.

Phoenix™ PC Software for Advanced Management Phoenix™, Phoenix™ Plus, and Phoenix™ Premier are powerful fuel management software packages for your Windows®-compatible PC. The intuitive user interface lets you easily navigate between site, account, card and transaction screens. Phoenix™features back-up and restore, terminal emulation and on-demand transaction polling. Phoenix™Plus is a powerful data management and communications software package that gives you total, centralized control over your fueling operations. Phoenix™ Premier offers complete site reconciliation by incorporating additional site data from your OPW tank gauge or other brand of tank gauge (see the Phoenix™ Premier sales literature for details). Most data can be exported to third-party database, spreadsheet and fleet maintenance programs for further processing.Phoenix™ includes a new Autopoll Scheduler that lets you schedule activities to be automatically performed daily, weekly or monthly. These activities include: capturing transaction data, backing up site configurations and backing up or updating card records. There’s also a built-in help feature to assist you with each option. You can store address, phone number, tank, site employee and fuel provider information for each site. Phoenix™ even lets you export your transactions in Excel 5.0, HTML, dBASE IV, FoxPro 2.5, Lotus 1-2-3 WK3, Paradox 4.x and two ASCII formats: CSV (comma separated variable width) and SDF (space delimited fixed width). With Phoenix™ Plus, you get all of the above–plus the following features: Card ManagementThis feature lets you make changes to your card database in one central location for multiple sites. Fuel Island Terminals are then automatically updated during routine polling. ReportingThis feature consolidates data from multiple sites at one time with the click of a button and schedules the printing of reports and export data. This reporting capability also includes any network transactions that are found in Fuel Site Controller software versions like VisaNet and Multi-Trucking. Phoenix™ allows you to choose from over 60 different types of reports. They include: Account, Card 1 and Card 2 Master File Listing, Site Sales, Product Sales, Account Sales, Transaction and Pump Total reports. Enhanced Odometer CheckingThis feature lets you easily find obvious, incorrect mileage entries such as single, sequential or repeated numbers. You can define an average MPG with a tolerance for each card, which is then used to verify the amount fueled against the odometer entry.
