Payment Terms
Terms of Sale for purchases made through this web-site are net due at the time of purchase. Payments can be made by Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We can also make arrangements for pre-payment by means of check, wire transfer or COD shipments.

All items are priced FOB Jenison, MI or manufacturer location shipping point, at the discretion of Strick Equipment Sales, Inc., unless otherwise agreed to by Strick Equipment Sales, Inc.

To keep costs down, we aim to use UPS whenever possible. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, but we can offer shipments via the United States Postal Service upon request. If another type of carrier is desired, please indicate the company and an account number that we can bill for the service. Parcel Posts to Alaska and Hawaii could take up to 30 business days.

Orders for in-stock items will normally ship the same day or next day.

Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report any damage or shortage within five days by calling our Sales Department at 1-877-737-4690.

Please note that Residential Delivery Fees may apply to shipping charges.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6% will be added to all sales in Michigan and Florida, unless a current sales tax exemption certificate is on file. If a sales exemption certificate is on file, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay all applicable sales taxes. For sales outside the State of Michigan, it will be the responsibility of the customer to remit all applicable sales taxes to the correct state agency.

All equipment sold by Strick Equipment Sales, Inc. is subject to the warranty of the manufacturer. Warranty is limited to product defect and does not include freight or labor services. If an item becomes defective within the warranty period, please call us for assistance in obtaining a returned goods authorization number. Freight charges, restocking charges, etc. will be the responsibility of the customer unless credit is issued by the manufacturer.

Damaged Items
Claims for damaged materials should be made directly to the delivering freight company. Many of our products are shipped in the factory packaging. We take great care to properly package your purchases to avoid damage during shipment. If you do receive damaged packages, please file your claim with the freight company and then contact us so that we are aware of any shipping companies that are not providing the quality service we demand.

All returns on items purchased from Strick Equipment Sales, Inc. must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will be refused. If we ship an item in error, we will issue a call tag and credit the item with freight in full.

We will furnish any manufacture's literature necessary to assist our customer in purchasing the correct equipment to fulfill their requirements.

All cancelled orders, which have been shipped, are subject to round trip freight costs invoiced to the customer.

If the customer orders a stock item in error, a restocking charge will apply and all freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the item ordered in error is a non-stock or special order item, return conditions are subject to the acceptance of the manufacturer. If approval is not received from the manufacturer, the sale is final.

No returns or cancellations will be allowed on "made to order" items.

Partial Delivery
We reserve the right to make partial shipments and invoice those items at the time of shipment. All back-orders will be handled promptly and billed at the time of shipment.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Strick's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
